This recipe is extremely delicious with a few steps that is really easy. The dish is constructed in a way that you can eat a bit of everything in one bite or you can eat everything separately. I recommend getting a little of everything in one bite. It is a bit spicy, citrusy, and slightly sweet. This recipe makes 4 servings.
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 ½ lemons
- ¼ cup olive oil. I used one that is infused with fresh blood orange juice.
- 1/8 cup of balsamic vinaigrette. I used one that is infused with vanilla and fig.
- Salt and pepper
- chipotle pepper, cumin, turmeric, and ancho chili, paprika, and white pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1 mango
