Welcome Back my little chefs! I truly adore this recipe. If you’ve ever been to Texas Road House, they have something quite similar to this. It’s just so scrumptious and it’s a nice way to spice butter and toast up. Here’s how I make it, and enjoy!
Cinnamon Honey Butter
1/4 (1 stick) of unsalted butter at room temp.
2-3 tbs of honey
1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp of kosher salt
**Take the of butter out in the morning, or a few hours before you make it. It’s important to have the butter at room temperature. Don’t stick it in the microwave because then the constituency will be off.
In a bowl, combine the 1 stick of butter at room temp, 2-3 tbs of honey (this depends on how sweet you would like the mixture), 1/4 tsp of cinnamon, and 1/8 tsp of kosher salt
