This has become a staple in our house. Even one of my 3 picky eaters love this, so for me that is a mommy win!
You will see there is no SALT in this recipe. They Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil make up for it, so please donโ€™t feel like you have to add any. You WILL over salt the dish and make it unedible.

We have a fabulous Asian Market here in Austin, Tx. Itโ€™s called MT Supermarket and is on Lamar. Such a great variety of everything you would need for any Asian inspire dish.

I use these mushrooms for this dish. If you cannot find them at your Asian Market just simply omit them.

Slice about 2 cups of Baby Bok Choy and separate the Beech mushrooms from the base.

Mix the canola oil, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, Sriracha, sugar, & minced garlic together.
