12 Days of Cookies- Day 6: Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Confessions Of A Dirty Oven

I couldn’t continue on with my cookie posts without including a classic holiday cookie: chocolate crinkle cookies.  I’m sure most people have made these before and there isn’t anything too terribly fancy about them, but there doesn’t need to be because they are so darn good!  I made sure to give all of these away to friends and family because this is one cookie I will find myself sneaking off to the kitchen throughout the day to nibble on.  It wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but when you’re eating four cookies a day its time to share the chocolate wealth.  Here is a recipe for chocolate crinkles cookies which are sure to never disappoint, enjoy!

Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

-1/2 cup vegetable oil

-4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, cooled

-2 cups white sugar

-2 teaspoons vanilla

-4 eggs

-2 cups all purpose flour

-2 teaspoons baking powder
