Buffalo Chicken Soup



As people watch sporting events I realize that there are a lot of us who love chicken wings, and especially the taste of buffalo chicken wings.  With the weather cooling down in some areas, I decided to share my “Buffalo Chicken Soup” recipe; which by the way was passed on to me by my daughter… an avid football/sports fan!

Buffalo chicken soup

6 cups milk

3 cups shredded chicken

3 cans cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup Franks Redhot sauce (if you want it hotter, add more)

Cook for 30 minutes on stove or 4 hours in crockpot..

Try it and let me know what you think.  

I serve with celery sticks, carrots, and more ranch dressing. Talk about comfort food!
