Confession, I added more paprika and cayenne pepper then the recipe called for. So it’s no longer White Chicken Chili but Not so White Chicken Chili. A lovely and simple recipe with mostly store-cupboard ingredients although, I realised I’m still missing some herbs, namely Oregano. A great way to get your 5 a day, I added a mix of frozen vegetables and spinach. Might add mushrooms next time!
