Spaghetti Squash with Veggies and Chicken

I have apologize for the photo quality, but I threw this together and it is AMAZING!!

I have been craving pasta, but I hate giving up a yellow container on the 21 Day Fix for a small serving that let’s face it may not always fill me up! So I needed to search for an alternative!

Here is what I used…

1 green container spaghetti squash roasted
1 red container of cooked chicken breast
1 green container of tomatoes, diced red pepper, onion, mushrooms, and broccoli
1/4 blue container of Parmesean cheese
1 clove fresh garlic
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp of EVOO
Salt and pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees
