Mixed Green Salad with Mandarin Orange Slices and Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing

I found the Open Nature Asian Sesame Ginger Dressing at Vons grocery store.
It has pureed pineapple and pureed ginger in it along with fragrant sesame oil and garlic.
You will love it.
I did.
Works nicely with a mixed green salad. I used double carrot blend with 3 types of greens in it.
I then topped it with Dole Mandarin Orange slices.
You could also top with almond slices or cashew slices that have been roasted in a pan with a little non stick olive oil spray.
You’re supposed to eat 5 cups of veggies a day.
Whole meal salads are a great way to do that.

You could add cooked chicken to this salad for a whole meal.

Enjoy & stay cool!

(The single best thing I ever found at the Vons on Maryland Parkway & Tropicana! I don’t usually like shopping there because the prices are higher and there are security guards that just about frisk ya before you go in the door, which I don’t like at all.) I finally told the security and manager of the store I am a professional not a pick pocket or theif and I won’t ever buy anything from here again if you do that to me. And that was that.
